St Peter Chanel Catholic Primary School prides itself on its vibrant and active Student Representative Council. Students in Year 6 have the opportunity to lead the school as school captains, vice captains, colour house captains and environmental leaders. The student leadership team meets twice a term and each leader mentors a younger grade, allowing all students the chance to have their voice heard. As a result of this initiative projects such as playground refurbishments, community outreach programs, and faith formation opportunities have provided enrichment to our school community. Through these activities, our students have been given practical approaches to display their leadership through action.
All students are encouraged to have an active voice in their education. Classes are differentiated to allow for a variety of student learning styles and interests.
